Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe 02.18.15

I’ve been craving my mom’s blueberry cheesecake this entire pregnancy. Since it was Valentine’s weekend, I figured it’s a good time as ever to make it.  This recipe is very light for those who are not a fan of the rich and dense cheesecake. You can also easily make this a raspberry, strawberry, or whatever kind of cheesecake you like most! In order to make this, you’ll need a cheesecake pan like this one or this one. Otherwise you won’t be able to unmold it. Also,make sure the lemon jello you get is not for pudding cause they look identical (so this one, not this one). Enjoy!
